AES Strategy 2024–2028: Implementation projects

The AES Strategic Plan 2024–2028 sets the direction for our work to strengthen and promote evaluation practice, theory and use, guided by our vision of quality evaluation that makes a difference.

The Strategy is organised around four interconnected domains — Culture, Leadership, Pathways and Vitality.
Implementation is supported by Board advisory committees, strategic project teams and AES staff, with projects translating strategic priorities into focused areas of work.

The Strategy Taskforce oversees implementation across the suite of strategic projects, ensuring they remain aligned with the Strategic Plan and AES values, and that sequencing, priorities and interdependencies are considered.
