An opportunity to join our team
We are looking for candidates with 10+ years of professional experience and expertise in a policy, regulatory, evaluation or research environment across the Australian health, social services or justice sectors.
As a senior consultant, you will lead and contribute to the delivery of a range of projects to enable our clients to achieve their work programs. Working closely with other consultants across Allen + Clarke, you will have the opportunity to be involved in many challenging and rewarding projects that will genuinely make a difference.

About you
We want to hear from you if you tick some of these key selection criteria:
• have significant experience (10+ years) working in, and relationships with, the public health, social services or justice sectors in Australia
• have experience planning, managing and seeing high-quality policy projects through from inception to completion
• have experience leading large evaluations or reviews
• have deep knowledge of the policy cycle, systems and processes
• have experience in a regulatory environment – design, evaluation, review and implementation
• have experience working with quantitative and qualitative data
• enjoy delivering practical solutions in a fast-paced environment
• are highly organised and can work independently
• enjoy a challenge and can grapple with complexity
• can lead projects, manage multiple pieces of work at once and work successfully within a team
• have a strong client focus.
Experience in project managing and coaching staff is essential. Experience in a consulting environment would be an advantage.
Given the nature of the work we do, applicants must be eligible for Australian government security clearance, which is limited to Australian citizens.
