Hi, I’m Martina, and I think we should talk about your project – I might be the person you need to help deliver it.

I’m an award-winning evaluator with over a decade of experience in government, non-profits and social sector consulting. I help large and small teams with their evaluation projects, and I deliver training in-person and online. I work flexibly, which means I can adapt what I offer to what you need – whether that’s outsourcing your evaluation project to me, bringing me into the team as a subcontractor, ongoing capacity-building and strategy work, bespoke training sessions, or something novel we haven’t thought of yet.

When you work with me, you get big-picture strategy that doesn’t ignore the details. I’ll ask the probing questions that develop your thinking, and help deliver better work. My approach is confidence-building and capacity-building. I’m your go-to person for evaluation design, qualitative and mixed-methods evaluation, low-resource evaluation, facilitation, complexity-informed approaches, rubrics and synthesis methods, and more. I hold a Master of Evaluation (Honours – First Class), and I have subject-matter knowledge on grants, early childhood, disability, natural disaster recovery, community development, rural and regional service delivery, health, social services, and more.
