Lydia Phillips Consulting

Lydia Phillips Consulting provides evaluation and social policy services to public and for-purpose organisations. Established in 2017, the boutique consultancy helps organisations in the human services, justice and health sectors become more effective, connected and heard. 

Lydia (she/her) sits on a strategic advisory committee to the AES Board and previously served on the AES’ Victorian committee. She has a deep commitment to social justice and has spent 20 years combining evidence with policy, strategy, law and facilitation. 

Her consultancy regularly advises organisations working in gender-based violence prevention and response, social services, access to justice and workforce development. 

 Lydia has a particular interest in trauma-informed evaluation, organisational learning and, as a certified executive coach, helping organisations grow and retain their people.
