Lydia Phillips Consulting

Lydia Phillips Consulting provides evaluation and social policy services to public and for-purpose organisations. Established in 2017, the boutique consultancy supports organisations in the justice, family violence, social services, health and mental health sectors.

Lydia Phillips (she/her) brings a wealth of experience to evaluation consultancies, having previously worked in government, community, corporate and academic sectors in social policy, law, strategy and project management. She holds tertiary qualifications in evaluation, law and communications, all from the University of Melbourne. Lydia serves on the Australian Evaluation Society's Victorian committee and has mentored a group of evaluators through the AES.
