Lirata specialises in high quality Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) in the health, community services, education and international development sectors. We have a commitment to rigorous theory driven evaluation using participatory and inclusive approaches. Our team have decades of experience working with service providers and government in research, consulting, service delivery and leadership roles. We are a not-for-profit social enterprise and bring a strong equity and social impact lens to our work. We assist with all stages of MEL including design, implementation and reporting, taking on projects from the very small to the very large. Our work ranges from development of sector-wide outcomes frameworks to evaluations of health, homelessness, family violence, youth and cultural programs. We are equally experienced in conducting independent external evaluations, and in collaborating on internal or partnership-based evaluations. We also provide tools, MEL training and expert mentoring to help organisations build evaluation capacity and measure their own impact.
