HUB was founded by Dr. Cat Street, who has worked in local communities, at state and territory levels across Australia and internationally in sectors including health, education, housing, homelessness, youth justice and out of home care. Her work focuses on making evaluation more inclusive, useful and socially just — by centring the perspectives of people and communities who are marginalised by systems. She brings a practical, tailored approach to every project, drawing on a wide range of methods to generate insights that matter. Above all, Cat is driven by a commitment to reflection, learning and change — to help programs better serve those who need them most.
