I work with governments, peak bodies, education providers, and social purpose organisations to design and deliver evaluations, research, and strategies that improve policies, programs, and outcomes. With 20+ years of experience across education, health, disability, aged care, multicultural inclusion, and workforce planning, I combine rigour, collaboration, and integrity to deliver evidence that is practical and usable. My background includes senior roles with Nous Group, AERO, HumanAbility, the Mitchell Institute, and the University of Melbourne (PhD in political science and education policy).
