Attained Success Consulting

Attained Success Consulting is a Melbourne-based boutique consultancy that has been supporting organisations across Australia since 2012 to design strategies, develop programs, and evaluate initiatives that advance health, wellbeing, and social goals.

We take a strengths-based, collaborative approach that recognises and builds on the areas where organisations are already attaining success, enhancing learning, engagement, and capability so they are well-equipped to deliver and adapt long after our work is complete.

Our consultants have specialist expertise in mixed-methods evaluation and qualitative research, working with diverse stakeholders including hardly reached groups, community members and volunteers, people with lived experience of homelessness, social isolation, family violence, mental health concerns and trauma, as well as health professionals, executives, and staff across the not-for-profit, private, and government sectors.

Through evidence-informed strategy design, meaningful evaluation, and knowledge translation, we support organisations to understand what is working, where improvements can be made, and how to achieve better outcomes. Our work draws on expertise in policy development, evaluation, and organisational change — helping clients design effective strategies, assess what works, and implement improvements based on lessons learned.
