Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Whiddon pilot site
Time Commitment: 20–30 hours/week for the duration of the pilot
Reports to: Executive Director, Memory Bridge
Collaborates with: Admin Manager, Video Case Study Producer, Whiddon staff

About Memory Bridge

Memory Bridge works with care organizations to strengthen relational connection between caregivers and people living with dementia. Our goal in partnering with Whiddon is to demonstrate how consistent, attuned attention from caregivers can reduce distress, improve outcomes, and support a more sustainable care environment. This role will help us capture the impact of that work and build a clear case for expanding it.

About the Role

We are hiring a Pilot Impact Lead to manage all data collection, tracking, and outcome reporting for a pilot implementation of the Memory Bridge model at Whiddon. You will be responsible for defining what gets measured, setting up tools and processes to capture it, and analyzing results in ways that are both credible and usable.

This is a hands-on role requiring coordination with caregiving staff, internal coaches, and Whiddon leadership. You’ll also work closely with our video case study producer to ensure the quantitative and qualitative sides of the pilot align and support each other.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Implement Measurement Strategy
• Define success metrics across key domains: resident outcomes, staff experience, operational impact
• Develop lightweight, usable tools for collecting data (logs, checklists, surveys, etc.)
• Set up baseline and post-pilot measurement processes in collaboration with Whiddon

2. Data Collection & Collaboration
• Coordinate with Whiddon staff to access and extract relevant clinical, HR, and operations data
• Support internal coaches and admin team in implementing tracking tools
• Align with video case study producer to ensure data supports narrative insights

3. Analysis & Reporting
• Synthesize data into meaningful summaries and visualizations
• Create monthly progress updates and a final outcomes report
• Help craft presentation materials to support future partnerships

4. Learning & Improvement
• Spot trends or challenges early and help adapt the pilot accordingly
• Translate findings into practical feedback for internal coaches and MB team
• Support a culture of learning, not just measurement

What We’re Looking For
• Experience with program evaluation, implementation research, or healthcare impact tracking
• Ability to design and manage mixed-methods data systems (quantitative + qualitative)
• Skilled in working across teams and earning trust in care settings
• Comfortable translating data into insights that inform action
• Strong writing and visual communication skills
• Bonus: background in aging, dementia care, or trauma-informed practice

Compensation
• Competitive project-based rate, depending on experience
• Flexible hours with clear deliverables and autonomy
• Potential for role expansion depending on program growth
