  •  Contribute to the design of rigorous evaluations to build an evidence base and support strategic and operational
    decisions.
  • Develop and build impact measurement surveys that integrate internal, and funder required client outcomes
measurement and evaluations into service delivery and enable contractual compliance and reporting.
  •  Develop and deliver training, tools and capacity building strategies for staff to effectively use insights in their work to improve service delivery, practice and outcomes.
  •  Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure ongoing relevancy of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning cycles, including impact measurement, and support regular reflection, learning and action.

Apply your skills, knowledge and experience within the cross-functional teams to enable creative thinking and problem
solving in a collaborative multidisciplinary manner.

Requirements for Success

impact measurement programs within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Experience using digital systems for building and collecting impact measurement surveys.

  • Mixed methods experience, in particular quantitative analysis involving large data sets.
  • Experience or knowledge of developmental evaluation principles and/or adaptive approaches to monitor, assess and
guide services that are being designed, tested and scaled.

Demonstrated success in collaboration and building strong, respectful and robust relationships.
