Position Details

Our Melbourne based NFP client, a leading provider of legal services, is looking to hire an Impact & Innovation Manager to lead the enhancement of impact measurement, reporting, data management, & internal capability-building. This role will refine data systems, develop comprehensive reporting tools, & foster a culture of learning & continuous improvement. The position supports evidence-based decision-making & ensures effective communication impact.

Key elements of this role include:
* Refine data collection & analysis processes to improve accuracy, consistency, & usability.
* Align data practices with internal & external reporting requirements.
* Lead the enhancement of data systems to improve efficiency, integration, & accessibility.
* Develop & maintain user-friendly reporting tools.
* Review current structures & capabilities against data collection, reporting & systems.
* Identify & apply innovative approaches to measuring & communicating organisational impact.
* Monitor emerging trends in data, evaluation, & impact measurement relevant to the community legal sector.

Key requirements include:
* Relevant tertiary qualification
* Experience in organisational management, psychology or systems development
* Experience in impact measurement, evaluation, or data-driven reporting
* Experience with data management systems & reporting tools
* Ability to develop & implement organisational frameworks & processes

This is a 0.6 FTE, 2 year fixed term role with a FTE salary of $122.2K +Super +Salary Packaging. (Commercial equivalent to approx. $134K FTE) Flexible, supportive, friendly, & inclusive culture. 5 weeks annual leave is provided along with extra days off over the Christmas / New Year period.
