Dr Lyn Alderman, Principal, The Evaluators' Collective
With over thirty-five years’ experience, Dr Lyn Alderman brought a wealth of expertise to her role as Chief Evaluator, Australian Department of Social Services (2017-2019). Lyn’s experience spans several sectors including government, non-profit, corporate, higher education and vocational education. She has a deep disciplinary knowledge and experience in program evaluation, evaluation frameworks, performance models, monitoring of quality assurance, institutional analytics and curriculum writing. Lyn previously held the position of lead evaluator at Queensland University of Technology (2007-2017) where she led two portfolios: evaluation of teaching, programs, subjects and student experience; and course quality assurance. Her qualifications include: Doctor of Philosophy in evaluation of higher education government policy; Master of Education research in curriculum analysis; and Bachelor of Education (Adult Education).
The Evaluators' Collective’s philosophy is to provide sound, ethical and culturally specific evaluations for non-profit, corporate and government sectors to enhance social good.
