Project tender detail

The National Heart Foundation of Australia (Heart Foundation) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified organisations to deliver an independent evaluation of the Champions4Change (C4C) program. The purpose of this RFP is to engage a First Nations–led evaluator or evaluation team to design and deliver a culturally safe, independent evaluation of the Champions4Change program. This evaluation will build on existing internal monitoring and evaluation activities to generate deeper insights into program implementation, Champion experiences, community influence, and future measurement approaches.
Findings from this evaluation will inform program improvement, strengthen accountability to funding partners, and support future investment and sustainability of the program.
