Event overview
We are now in the midst of the AI revolution. Every few weeks, we hear about another new development in AI. The media is in a frenzy; AI experts are leaving their companies to warn us that the end is neigh. Others tell us that AI will reinvent the world. What should evaluators make of all of this? This webinar will focus on how evaluators can start using AI, the implications of AI for evaluation theory and practice, the possible broader impact of AI on society, and the opportunities that Paul terms prosocial AI provides for addressing some of the key social issues - e.g., climate change, inequality, social exclusion - that are often focused on in the programs that evaluators work on.
