Position Details

As a Senior Project Officer – Evaluation, you will play a key role in supporting evaluation activities across the MCoE and IAT programs.

Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, you will design and implement evaluation activities that inform continuous improvement and evidence-based decision making. Your responsibilities will include developing evaluation and data collection plans, collecting and managing qualitative and quantitative data collection, data analysis and synthesis, and translating that data into clear evaluation findings and recommendations. You will also facilitate workshops and discussions with evaluation stakeholders to ensure findings and recommendations are appropriately contextualised and use your expertise to strengthen evaluation capability and practice across programs.

The successful candidate must be willing to travel regionally as required to the three MCoE campuses at Newcastle, Wetherill Park and Wollongong, and the two IAT campuses at Kingswood and Meadowbank.
