Event description:
The AES Peer Group Mentoring Program is an innovative online mentoring program, in which experienced evaluators guide small groups of emerging and mid-career evaluators through their professional journey. Mentors play a facilitatory and guiding role, and support mentees to explore ideas, find solutions to problems, build their understanding of the practice of evaluation and the importance of building a peer support network. The program is free and all interested AES members can apply. At this information session we will cover what we've learned about how to be a good mentor.
