Experienced in development assistance sector; strong focus on project design, documentation and analysis of socio-economic and gender issues; identification of needs and the provision of advisory and evaluation services.

- Evaluation of a Law and Justice sector project in PNG;
- Design and manage a technical facility for implementing an Indonesian Legal Reform Program, supporting governance initiatives;
- Team Facilitator for a Needs Assessment Team for the Iraqi Special Tribunal;
- Country program strategy design for Nauru;
- Support for the Bangladesh Ministry of Health in preparation of project documentation for a WB-funded sectoral loan;
- Overall management of a National Master Development Plan for Palau;
- Design of English language projects and short course programs for Vietnam government departments to assist their entry into ASEAN;
- Feasibility Studies for a program in Muslim education and strengthening implementation of Visayas education in the Philippines;
- Program preparation assistance to Philippine government agencies under a budget support program (strong focus on poverty, equity and governance)
